Dynamic Soundtrack continued their overall Batman Beyond soundtrack collection in 2025 with the release of Batman Beyond Volume 3. Through it, they gave us 90 remastered tracks generally from the second season’s original score.

Keep reading to learn more about the album, including where to get it.

Dynamic Soundtrack Finally Released Batman Beyond Volume 3 Back in 2025

Batman is forever, but the man is not. So, who will deliver justice to Gotham once he retires? The answer lies in the Batman Beyond, of course. And now, over 20 years later, we can finally enjoy the soundtrack whenver we want. That’s because Dynamic Soundtrack Records has been releasing the complete soundtrack in volumes for the past few years.

And last year, the jouney continued with the release of Batman Beyond Volume 3, on September 19, 2025. This 90-track album generally covers the first first half of the show’s second season. It also featured complete remasters of the original score done by the Dynamic Music Partners.

The Dynamic Music Partners are, of course, the composers Kristopher Carter, Michael McCuistion, and Lolita Ritmanis. They are also the authors of the original score, which they produced under the tutalage of the late Shirley Walker.

Now that said, here’s a short review of Batman Beyond Volume 3

If you followed me from before I started this blog, you’d know that I already wrote this blog last year. In fact, I wrote it a few days after Batman Beyond Volume 3 launched. Howver, I messed up, and got some of my facts wrong, including that Volume 3 was the last of the volumes. So, here I am rewriting the thing.

Now with that said, I can finally give you an actually review of the volume.

However, there isn’t much I can say that I didn’t say for Volumes 1, 2, or 4. Although, I do prefer Volume 3 musically as a standalone album. It’s still the same 90s industrial rock instrumentals. But it’s just overall more consistent. Consequently, I could listen to this volume for days and not care at all. Sure, the other volumes may have more nostalgia, but you can’t beat a good cool beat. And all things considered, Volume 3 has that in spades.

Of course, your milage may vary. 90s industrial is an acquired taste, of course, and it’s not for everyone. However, I can’t recomend Volume 3 enough, wheter or not you love the show.

Finally, What is Batman Beyond?

Speaking of the show, Batman Beyond was a late-90s phenomenon that defined a generation of DC and cartoon fans who still hold it in high regard. It basically ran on the WB Network for three seasons from 1999 to 2001, before being canceled due to network interference.

As I have said, the show followed the adventures of Terry McGinnis, the new Batman, and an aging Bruce Wayne. Taking place around 2040, the series generally served as the chronological end of the DC Animated Universe (DCAU), spawning a movie and numerous tie-ins with the rest DC universe.

You could stream the series for years, but now we can listen to its music.
