Walt Disney Released Marvel’s Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up Singles Album
September is upon us. So, it’s time for the annual holiday specials. First up is an animated Halloween treat from Walt Disney called Marvel’s Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up. A spin-off of their wildly popular Disney Jr. animated series Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends, the special drops on September 24, 2026.
But we don’t need to wait that long to enjoy the festivities. And that’s because they recently released a soundtrack single featuring the special’s theme song. They also included the insert song “Hallows’ Eve Theme” in it. Both tracks are the brainchild of Fall Out Boy’s Patrick Stump, who wrote and performed them with Este Haim of HAIM.
Disney released the single digitally to all music services. So, you should be able to find it on your favorite app. Of course, you can always follow my Collector’s Guide links below if you desire.
There’s also a music video for the “Hallow’s Eve Theme”, which you can check out below. It basically serves as a trailer for the special. So, you can watch it to see if you’ll watch the special wrap up in your cozy Promeed comforter, with or without your kids.
A Quick Review of the Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up Single
This Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up special single confused me at first, all things considered. Singles rarely come with more than one track since the dawn of the streaming era. However, it also disappointed me since it wasn’t a full album.
Now that said, Stump is clearly a talented musician. His exploits as a member of Fall Out Boy are proof enough. So, I look forward to his future soundtrack projects, whatever they may be.
As for these Spidey and Avengers tracks, they sound like a mix of Fall Out Boy and a Disney musical, as they should. Of course, Stump takes the lead for the “Theme Song”. Musically, it’s the more “Fall Out Boy” song of the two. If you generally like the band, you’ll enjoy it.
Meanwhile, the “Hallow’s Eve Theme” track leans more musical. That’s because it’s an ensemble piece. Sure, it’s Stump and Haim singing it. But they’re doing it as their characters, which suggests that it’s diegetic and likely from the special’s big musical number.
All About Marvel’sSpidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up Special
As you might expect, Disney Jr’s Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up special will follow Spider-Man as he teams up with The Avengers for a Halloween adventure. It stars Stump and HAIM’s Este Haim, who will voice the villains Jack O’Lantern and Hallows Eve, respectively.
Disney plans to launch the preschool special on Disney Jr. and Disney Jr. on Demand on September 24 at 7 a.m. ET/PT. You’ll also find it streaming on Disney+ the next day.
As I have said earlier, it’s a spin-off of Spidey and his Amazing Friends, which is currently in its fifth season on Disney+ with two more on the way.

Final Thoughts
Overall, Marel’s Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up single is not bad. I wish it was the whole soundtrack, but Disney Jr rarely releases those. So, the single is likely all we’re getting. At least the tracks were released as a set, and not as individual singles. They’re also good songs, which helps a lot.
But that’s just my take. Now, what’s yours? Post your thoughts in the comments below.
