Republic Records Released the Loud House Christmas Movie Naughty or Nice Soundtrack

Loud Family fans got a treat on November 21, 2025, when Nickelodeon released the second Christmas movie in the franchise, A Loud House Christmas Movie: Naughty or Nice.

The animated special followed the adventures of Lincoln Loud, who has a problem. He’s on Santa’s Naughty List thanks to his actions in the previous holiday special, Season’s Cheating. Therefore, he hacked the North Pole’s Technical Integrated Naughty/Nice Santa List (T.I.N.N.S.L.) computers to clear his name.

However, he accidentally switches the Naughty and Nice lists, setting the entire North Pole Naughty instead. Now, Lincoln must ask his family to help him save Christmas, along with the elf who originally placed him on the list.

The Darin McGowan family comedy brought the chaos and holiday cheer Loud Family fans have come to expect. However, only time will tell whether Naughty or Nice becomes a holiday tradition.

In the meantime, you can add the soundtrack to your collections to get the ball rolling. It was released by Republic Records’ Kids & Family label during the film’s premiere.

A Loud House Christmas Movie Naughty or Nice Soundtrack Review

The A Loud House Christmas Movie: Naughty or Nice soundtrack begins traditionally enough. The first few tracks sound like any Christmas movie soundtrack, complete with bells and whistles.

However, it quickly dives into instrumental reimaginings of classic Christmas songs with a death-pop line or two thrown in for fun. Some of these tunes are more explicit than others, too. For instance, Hylander embedded “Jingle Bells” into “The Loudest Christmas”, while leaving “Deck the Halls” and the “Carol of the Bells” as their own separate tracks.

Beyond the score, the songs are pure show tunes. You can tell that they were scrapped from the special. That makes me wonder why they didn’t release those scenes as a music video.

Overall, it’s a nice soundtrack. Many of the songs work well on their own, making them a good fit for any holiday playlist. Still, a few tracks do need their visuals, rendering them useless unless you’re a Loud Family fan.

It has an interesting premise for a television holiday special. However, the high-tech elements feel like a current trend among the newer releases. As such, it might be of interest to anyone who loves Christmas movies, not just Loud Family fans.
