Ocean Avenue Releases the Light of the World Soundtrack

Christian music is rarely seen in the soundtrack aisle despite the popularity of the genre. Movie studios usually don’t release the soundtracks for their faith-based films and shows. So, you must praise God when it happens. The Light in the World soundtrack is one such case.

Ocean Avenure Entertainment released the soundtrack album on September 5, 2025, the same day as the movie. It features composer Alex McKenzie’s original score for the film, along with the title song. You can download or stream the album from most digital music stores, or buy the vinyl release currently on pre-sale.

Light of the World Details and Trailer

Salvation Poem Project released Light of the World to select theaters on September 5, 2025. Despite the title, the film has nothing to do with the 2003 film of the same name.

The movie is an adaptation of the Gospel of John, retelling the story of Jesus’s ministry through the apostle’s viewpoint. It features the voice talents of:
