On July 17, 2026, Nickelodeon released the Avatar: The Last Airbender: Book 3: Fire Soundtrack digitally and on vinyl through Republic Records. Furthermore, this 38-track album features a full remastering of the original score by Jerremy Zuckerman.

Republic Records Released the Avatar: The Last Airbender: Book 3: Fire Soundtrack
It has come down to this. A week before they’ll give us the new movie, Nickelodeon decided to give us the third and final album in their remastered Avatar: The Last Airbender soundtrack collection.
That’s right. We can now listen to the entire Avatar: The Last Airbender Book 3: Fire Soundtrack, perfectly remastered and updated by Composer Jeremy Zuckerman himself. Moreover, he remastered it with a full, real, live orchestra. He then put it on beautiful red vinyl record for us to enjoy.
Of course, Nickelodeon and Zuckerman used Republic Records to release this new and improved take on the original classic, like they did with Books 1 and 2. As such, you can buy the album from most vinyl record stores, both online and off. However, you can also listen to the album digitally on most musical apps, if you like.
Avatar Fan Reviews the Updated Avatar: The Last Airbender Book 3 Soundtrack
Because it’s a continuation from Book 2, I expected to hear more of the same from the Avatar: The Last Airbender Book 3 soundtrack. That is high quality, super nostalgic, orchestra takes on the original score from the old 2008 series.
Fortunately, what I got was what I expected. These remastered tracks sound perfect. They’re clear, undistorted, and nostalgic. You couldn’t ask for a better album release, except for maybe releasing it when the episodes still aired.
Every track you remember is here and then some. It’s the perfect soundtrack for any moment of your life, regardless of whether you were an Avatar fan or not. That’s because it provides the cinematic feeling we always knew the series had all along.
Why Does the Release of the Last Airbender Book 3 Soundtrack Matter
And with that, Nickelodeon’s Avatar: The Last Airbender music collection ends, and what an ending it is.
It’s been twenty years since the series first aired on the network. So, it’s nice to know that this award-winning series is still alive and well. And I’m not just talking about finding the series still streaming on Netflix and Paramount+. Or that you can still purchase the show on Blu-ray and DVD.
It’s the whole package, starting with this soundtrack release. That’s because they put some serious work into it. Paramount could have easily slapped the old tracks online somewhere and called it a day. They would have raked in the money from us fans either way.
But they didn’t. They chose to do something special instead. And that’s just not my word for it. They’re on record exclaiming such. Zuckerman himself noted that:
“This soundtrack series, and especially Book 3, is truly for the fans–the ones who have kept me inspired and motivated all these years with their steadfast enthusiasm, beautiful covers, reimagining of the Avatar: The Last Airbender music, and generous words of encouragement. My deepest thanks for caring all this time.”
Republic Record’s Kids & Family VP Bree Bowles continued the statement, describing how the music was “inseparable from the [show’s] storytelling and emotional depth”. And I can say they definitely delivered on that promise. There’s a level of precision, care, and respect here that you rarely see in Hollywood these days.

Final Thoughts
As I have said, this remastered release of the Book 3 soundtrack is a fitting end to the Avatar music collection. That’s because it continues where the previous albums left off, giving us a wonderful conclusion to this great musical odyssey.
