On August 14, 2026, Spin Master released the official Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie Soundtrack to generally go with the animated film. However, they released “Workby Ava Max and “Bottle Up” by the Backstreet Boys separately as singles.

Keep reading to learn more about these releases, as well as where to get them.

Spin Master Released The Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie Soundtrack Basically in Pieces

The pups are back in town, and it’s all thanks to Paramount latest Paw Patrol big screen adventure, Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie, of course. But now, they must handle a generally dino-sized adventure in this feature film expansion of the “Dino Rescue” arc from the TV series.

Luckily, they brought all the essentials, including an original score from legendary composer Pinar Toprak. And now, thanks to Visva Records’ Spin Master, we can enjoy that music generally whenever we want.

That’s because they released the Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie Soundtrack digitally to all music services on August 14, 2026. Additionally, the 25-track album includes the full original score, not just selections. So now, you can relive every moment of the adventure whenever and wherever you want.

However, the album features only the score, not the songs. That’s a shame, but at least Spin Master was kind enough to release two of them as singles. The first, “Bottle Up” by the Backstreet Boys, dropped on June 12, 2026, while the second, “Work” by Ava Max, was released two weeks before the film, on July 30.

The “Bottle Up” Single from the Backstreet Boys: Basically a Pop Revival

If you haven’t heard the news yet, yes, the Backstreet Boys are back again for a brand-new single! This time, though, they wrote the song specifically for the Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie Soundtrack. They also released a music video that doubles as a film trailer, which you can watch below.

The “Work” Single from Ava Max: Unquestionably Diva Pop

Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie also features a track from Ava Max as well, called “Work”. It also has a music video trailer, but it’s not as in-your-face as “Bottle Up.”

A Quick Review of The Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie Soundtrack & Singles

Since I have already reviewed “Bottle Up” over at Pop Geeks, I won’t do a full review here. Now that said, the song is upbeat, catchy, and clearly designed to get kids bouncing in their seats. But it’s also familiar enough to make 90s kids smile. All in all, it’s a great way for the band to reconnect with their old fans while introducing themselves to a new audience.

As for the rest of the Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie Soundtrack, the original score obviously has Toprak’s touch. It’s bold, epic, and, above all, extremely adventurous. It basically has more of a summer Hollywood blockbuster vibe than a kids’ movie one. That makes the score surprisingly versatile, letting you enjoy it with or without the film.

Then, there’s “Work”. The track’s nowhere near as good as “Bottle Up”, but it’s a decent pop track just the same. Plus, it also works equally well as a standalone track and as a soundtrack theme. However, it is an acquired taste that can easily overstay its welcome, especially if you’re not an Ava Max fan.

All in all, the entire Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie soundtrack is a decent collection of film music. I just wish it weren’t divided like it is, all things considered.

Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie: Basically A Feature-Length TV Episode

As for the film itself, Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie is, of course, a 3D animated children’s film based on the Paw Patrol TV series, directed and written by Carl Brunker and Bob Barlen. It stars a mix of returning talent and a few new voices, including:

  • Carter Young
  • Mckenna Grace
  • Meredith MacNeill
  • Jennifer Hudson
  • Terry Crews
  • Hayden Chemberlen
  • Ron Pardo
  • Fortune Feimster
  • Jameela Jamil
  • Paris Hilton
  • Bill Nye
  • Rain Janjua
  • Lucien Duncan-Reid
  • William Desrosiers
  • Henry Bolan
  • Nylan Parthipan
  • Snoop Dogg

Paramount Pictures basically released the film in theaters on August 14, 2026. So, you can watch it if it’s playing near you.. However, you can already pre-order it on most streaming platforms.

Final Thoughts

As I have said above, I wish that the Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie Soundtrack were released as a single playlist. Sure, I can sort the tracks myself, of course. But it makes finding the two songs difficult, especially if you don’t know they’re separate. Still, it’s a decent soundtrack overall, and one I’d gladly add to my collection.

But that’s just my take. Now, what’s yours? Post your thoughts in the comments below.

You should then subscribe to this blog in case they release more Paw Patrol soundtracks in the future.
