This is the story of The Mighty Nein, Critical Role’s highly anticipated sequel to Vox Machina, premiering this Wednesday, November 19, 2025, on Amazon Prime. It promises to deliver new characters in a much darker story than its predecessor, centering around themes of trauma, redemption, and corruption.
To ramp up the hype to the stratosphere, Amazon temporarily released the first episode of the series early on the Prime Video YouTube channel. The event ran from Midnight on November 14 to Midnight two days later. They have since pulled down the episode. Therefore, you would need to wait for the official premiere if you missed it.
