The Family Guy Soundtrack is fantastic. However, while most of the songs were never released, a few have been. Encompassing a range of genres, these songs cater to a diverse audience. However, they were previously difficult to find.
Over the past decade, 20th Television released several songs and the score from the Family Guy soundtrack. Most of these songs were released digitally as singles, but some were also released on albums.
Finding singles can be challenging if you don’t know where to look. So, keep reading to learn which songs were released on the albums and which were standalone.
La-La Land Released a Family Guy Soundtrack Score Album
With a show as popular as Family Guy, you expect to see soundtrack albums. Premiering on January 31, 1999, the animated sitcom often lampoons American culture through musical skits. However, soundtrack releases were rare for most of the series’ run.
That changed on June 21, 2016. On that day, La-La Land Records released an album featuring Walter Murphy’s original musical score from the show’s first four seasons. Unfortunately, La-La Land only released 5000 copies of the album, which is now out of print.

The Family Guy Soundtrack Song Releases
Besides the score, several songs from the Family Guy soundtrack were also released. However, they were released in a piecemeal manner. First, 20th Century Fox released a selection of the songs as singles. Then, Hollywood Records released another batch as an album for the show’s 25th anniversary.

Hollywood Records released the Family Guy 25th Anniversary Soundtrack album on November 15, 2024, with these eight tracks:

Soundtrack Singles
Fox released two Family Guy singles to celebrate the holiday season in 2020. However, the studio didn’t officially release the show’s songs until 2016. There are currently only ten singles from the show available, though. There were plans to release more songs as singles before Disney bought out the company.
